Happy New Year!
Wow, what a year it has been! Although so many people are so ready to be done with "2020," myself included. I think it is important to take some time to reflect on the positives and growth that we have made during this year as well.
Teachers in particular had some amazing growth in their careers! Even if you are a teacher that struggled with virtual learning, zoom meetings, and remote teaching, you have come such a long way! Do not discredit yourself, we learned within a matter of weeks how to do our job in a drastically different way, and for that, we should all be proud.
We all had a lot of free time, especially back in March. For myself, I spent a great deal of time gardening and had my biggest harvest even this summer/fall. I also took more time to shift my "Live Learning Love Learning" store to have more products for teachers to use for remote learning. I'm not necessarily proud of this one but I also watched a ton of Netflix and movies, which is not something I normally do.
In reflection, I was able to find so many positive things that happened in 2020 but I always love new beginnings. In 2021, my goals include setting regular "work hours" for my side hustle, getting back into yoga, and spending more time with family and friends.
What are your goals for 2021?
